Neighbourhood Gout Mini Tour/Record Release

Neighbourhood Gout celebrate the release of their debut 7" record with a mini tour round the UK! The 4 song ep (recorded with Jamie Grier at the Glue Factory in Glasgow) has been pressed onto "crazy style" coloured vinyl (with equally crazy screen printed packaging) and will be available to buy in the winning sperm party online store next week.

At the end of the month/year(!) Phat Trophies will embark on their first (mini) tour. They will be playing with several really great bands over four different city's so come down and make the most of the time we have left..

L'ocelle Mare live at West Princes Street 25th October 2011

Here is the audio from the gig on 25th october 2011 at west princes street, recorded by Colin Stewart. Thanks to all who came and enjoyed all the great stuff.

It was £4 to get in (plus some donation at the end). Everybody paid in apart from the musicians and we had £82 at the end. £80 for L'ocelle Mare's train back home and £2 for communal curry. Massive thanks to the local artists who volunteered to waive their fee for this one.

Phat Trophies Tape Launch/Halloween

This Friday Phat Trophies celebrate the release of their new full-length album on tape with the Glue Factory Halloween Party tonight (this friday night).

Phat Trophies are drum/organ/echoey-voice duo often described as great, brilliant, amazing and like a carnival/fairground ride.

The tape was recorded on a Tascam 8-Track by Chris White and Luigi Pasquini in Bridgton, Glasgow. The physical release is a cassette.

For the party they will be playing alongside Tangles, Terminal Parade and Smack Wizards as well as a whole host of other entertainment provided by the Glue Factory (more info here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=294010260624926)

The tape will be for sale at the launch and available here for the Real Hallowe'en.
